Clearance is built to let people collect signed releases on one iPhone without creating an account or sending the workflow through a cloud sign-up first.
Signed releases and generated PDFs are created on the device. If you choose to export or share those files, that happens only when you take that action.
If you export, email, or otherwise share a signed release, you control where that file goes and who can access it after export.
